Serafine's Catering began as a hobby focused on on-site catering of barbecue classics.
Owners, Mickey Costa, David Martinho and Jerry Silva have been pleasing taste buds across the valley for over 10 years. Tulare County natives, they are proud to serve customers in their hometowns but will travel to where the party is, to serve it up!
Customers know them as the barbecue specialists. Chicken, Pork, Lamb, or Beef, your mouth will water with anything that comes off of the grill!
Serafine's Catering specializes in cooked-where-you-are meals that make your event special. The most requested entree is tri tip and chicken barbecued to perfection, but Serafine's will do anything...just ask!
